We have worked closely with the College’s marketing team since 1997, devising and implementing communications strategy, developing a cross-media publishing system (see 6·1) and defining a unifying visual identity for their output (see 5·4). The overall programme has made management and production processes more efficient, providing net savings in marketing expenditure (set-up costs were recovered in less than two years by halving ongoing production costs). At the same time it has won a number of awards for design and technology (see 4·1 and 6·1). We continue to provide the team with a wide range of design services, website hosting and technical support.
